Ingredients:

Lake Victoria Fish Maw

dried mushrooms

broccoli


Seasoning:

oil

rock sugar

chicken soup

chicken essence

cornstarch

ginger slices

scallion

light soy sauce

dark soy sauce


Cooking Method:

Soak the Lake Victoria Fish Maw in advance and cut into pieces.

Add cooking oil, sliced ginger and scallion to a nonstick pan. Stir fry until fragrant, remove and set aside.

Add the Lake Victoria Fish Maw and cook them for 5 minutes. Add water and starch. Stir evenly.

Use a knife to make small broccoli flowers. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt and cooking oil and blanch the chopped broccoli. Scoop up and drain.

Place Lake Victoria Fish Maw, mushrooms and broccoli in a plate.

The dish can be served!
