Ingredients:
Lake Victoria Fish Maw

Seasoning:

lotus seeds

red dates

rock sugar

water (according to the size

of the stew)


Cooking Method:

Soak the Lake Victoria Fish Maw in advance and cut into pieces.

After soaking the lotus seeds, extract the remaining lotus heart (bitter) and rinse them.

Pour boiling water into a stew pot.

Add all the ingredients and simmer for 1–2 hours.
